Bothell ex-counselor gets two years of probation for touching children
Brian Hall, a former family counselor from Bothell, has been sentenced to two years of probation after pleading guilty to inappropriate conduct involving children during counseling sessions. The 61-year-old was charged with indecent liberties and multiple counts of fourth-degree assault, with several young boys reporting similar experiences. He is prohibited from having unsupervised contact with minors, except for his biological relatives.
