UPDATE Power restored to over 4,000 customers in Burien on Thursday, Oct. 12

Power has been restored to nearly all customers affected by an outage in Burien, with only 100 remaining without electricity. The outage initially impacted 4,081 Seattle City Light customers and may have been caused by downed power lines due to a fallen tree. Restoration is expected for all customers by 3 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 12.
