Designed by the women-owned Artisans Group, it adheres to Phius passive house standards for energy efficiency, targeting net-zero energy use. The building is equipped to withstand extreme weather, with features that enhance air quality and reduce noise pollution. Residents will enjoy shared outdoor spaces, including a first-floor courtyard and rooftop patios. A 1,000-square-foot commercial space is available for entrepreneurs, promoting local business growth.

Located close to schools and I-5, The Rookery fosters community engagement and a vibrant lifestyle. Tours will begin in late June 2025, with the commercial area ready for occupancy in August. This initiative highlights the region's commitment to sustainability and high-quality living environments.
