Registration for the Expanding Your Horizons STEAM Conference is currently open to middle school women, trans, and non-binary youth in grades 6-8 across Western Washington, with the event scheduled for March 15, 2025. This initiative aims to inspire young participants by providing hands-on workshops and keynote speeches from experts in various Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) fields. With over 35 years of commitment to enhancing representation in STEAM, the program focuses on creating an inclusive space for all students, particularly those from marginalized backgrounds. Attendees will have the unique chance to visit a college campus and engage in interactive activities that spark interest and exploration. The conference is designed to foster connections among like-minded peers and equip students with insights into potential career paths in STEAM.
