Alauna Carstens and Izabelle Trefts, standout athletes from The Evergreen State College, are poised to compete at the 2025 NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships in Gainesville, Florida, from February 27 to March 1. Carstens, who has already set school records in the mile and 5,000-meter events, will focus on the 3,000-meter run where she boasts a top time of 9:40. 70. Trefts enters the championships with a remarkable school record in the 3,000-meter race walk, clocking in at 14:24. 70 during the Corban Indoor Open.

Their events will kick off with preliminary heats, where Trefts will race on February 27, followed by Carstens on February 28.
