The victim and a friend were sitting on the curb when the injury occurred, resulting in a heated argument between the two men. Eyewitnesses reported that the suspect left the scene but returned with a pellet gun resembling a Beretta-style handgun, threatening the victim. Olympia police quickly responded, arresting the 35-year-old man, who now faces charges of vehicular assault and felony harassment.
