The manhunt for Travis Decker, 32, escalates as law enforcement agencies implement new strategies to locate him following the murder of his three daughters. Decker faces three counts of first-degree murder and kidnapping, making him a high-priority target for authorities. Command of the search has transitioned to U. S. Border Patrol, which is supported by the U.

S. Marshals' Rapidly Advancing Manhunt program designed for tracking violent fugitives. A recent sighting in the Enchantments Area has prompted search teams to follow leads, discovering items of interest that may be linked to Decker's presence. Chelan County Sheriff Mike Morrison emphasized the importance of adapting their tactics as they close in on Decker. Authorities warn that he is dangerous and advise the public against approaching him.

The search operations involve multiple county sheriff's offices, enhancing the collaborative effort to apprehend him. A $20,000 reward is available for information leading to Decker's capture, underscoring the urgency of the manhunt.
