20,000 reward offered as search for father accused in daughters murders intensifies

Law enforcement has intensified efforts to find Travis Decker, 32, accused of kidnapping and murdering his three young daughters near Leavenworth. The bodies of Paityn, Evelyn, and Olivia Decker were found in a remote area after they were last seen with their father during a scheduled visitation. The Chelan County Sheriff’s Office, in coordination with the Wenatchee Police Department and the U. S. Marshals, is spearheading the search.

Decker faces three counts of first-degree murder and three counts of first-degree kidnapping. A reward of up to $20,000 is being offered for information leading to his arrest. Investigators believe he may be living out of his vehicle or staying in various hotels and campgrounds. Authorities have not confirmed if Decker is armed but have urged the public to be cautious. His military background raises concerns about his potential danger to the community.
