On May 1, 2025, Cascade High School hosted its 15th annual Mr. Kodiak competition, captivating a sold-out audience with an evening of laughter and creativity. Under the theme "Through the Eras," seven senior boys showcased their talents while dressed as historical figures, ranging from cavemen to 20th-century icons. The evening featured a lively group dance, which included escorts for the first time, and a talent portion where participants demonstrated their unique skills. Highlights included Rhonan Allen's improvisational storytelling and Ethan Davis's live-painting demonstration as Bob Ross.

The event raised funds for the senior class through a cake auction, further enhancing community spirit. Local emcee Clint Strand led the festivities, engaging the audience throughout the performances. The students expressed their excitement and nerves, with Davis noting the pressure of performing live but ultimately enjoying the experience. The Mr. Kodiak competition remains a beloved tradition, fostering camaraderie and creativity among students and the community.
