Mended Hearts chapter to host meeting on nutrition and food labels

The Greater Wenatchee Mended Hearts chapter will hold a meeting on May 5 to discuss nutrition and food label interpretation for heart patients and caregivers. The event is set for 11:30 a. m. to 1:00 p. m.

at the Aging & Adult Care Meeting Room in East Wenatchee. Participants from Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan, and Grant Counties can attend in-person or via Zoom. The main program will offer practical guidance on nutrition, helping families understand food labels essential for heart health.
