Christie Burrow, a design engineer at K2 Skis, highlighted her efforts to create women's specific ski gear, addressing historical design flaws that have marginalized women's needs.

Attendee Shaquita Young shared her connection with the panelists, stating that their experiences resonated with her journey in the military.
