This two-day gathering celebrated women in snow sports, coinciding with International Women’s Month, and provided a space for skiers and riders of all abilities to connect. Participants had the opportunity to learn from Stevens Pass ambassadors and engage in discussions with industry experts, including panelists like Annette Diggs and Christie Burrow. Diggs, the founder of EDGE Outdoors, emphasized the importance of creating a mountain culture that feels inclusive for everyone. Burrow, as K2's first woman product designer, shared insights on improving women's performance gear, addressing design errors that have historically overlooked women's needs.
