The City of Leavenworth has announced a special Toddler-and-Me “Intro to Water” group class, specifically tailored for children aged 1 to 2 years. This engaging program is set to take place at the local pool from July 29 to August 8, providing a perfect opportunity for parents to bond with their toddlers while introducing them to the joys of water. Each class will be held daily, with a requirement for parents or guardians to be present in the pool during the sessions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. Interested families are encouraged to submit a registration request form by the deadline of 8:00 a. m.

on July 26, as only 20 spots are available and a minimum of five participants is needed to hold the class. The cost for participation is $45 for PRSA residents and $50 for non-residents, making it an accessible option for families in the area.
