Local artist releases debut album with Leavenworth record label

Hernán Savastano will celebrate his debut album, "Mi Canción," with a live concert at Snowgrass Lodge on Nov. 7, produced by local music nonprofit Bring Forth. The album reflects Savastano's personal journey through themes of healing and reconnection, featuring songs in both English and Spanish. Savastano, who was born in Buenos Aires and raised in the U. S.

, emphasizes the importance of remembering one's roots. The concert will feature other local artists, with proceeds supporting both the Yawanawá Tribe in Brazil and Bring Forth's mission. The event is free with a suggested donation, and attendees can RSVP online as seating is limited. "Mi Canción" includes contributions from various local musicians and aims to cultivate heart-centered creativity in the community. The release marks a significant step in Savastano's music journey, emphasizing authenticity and gratitude.

This is the second full-length album from Bring Forth since its launch in late August.
