Stevens Pass has unveiled the Epic Friend Ticket, offering friends of pass holders a 50% discount on lift tickets, usable during peak holiday periods. Pass holders who purchased before April 14 will receive 10 tickets, while those who bought later will receive six, replacing the previous Buddy Ticket system. Vail Resorts CEO Rob Katz stated that the initiative aims to foster lasting skiing traditions among friends. The Epic Pass, priced at $1,075, provides unlimited access to numerous resorts, while the Epic Local Pass, at $799, includes Stevens Pass and has some restrictions. The Stevens Pass Select Pass, available for $439, offers local access with limitations on peak dates.

This new ticketing structure is designed to enhance the skiing experience and encourage group visits to the mountains. The promotion will be available until September 1, allowing potential buyers to plan ahead for the upcoming season. By facilitating cost-effective skiing trips, Vail Resorts hopes to strengthen community ties among winter sports enthusiasts.
