Café Argonaut will launch this summer at Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort, filling the space previously occupied by O’Grady’s Pantry & Mercantile. Local restaurateurs Noah and Lindsey Dahlstrom, known for Argonaut Coffee and Argonaut Kitchen, plan to enhance the community experience with a menu that includes hearty lunch options and a curated beverage selection. Lindsey Dahlstrom stated their goal is to create a welcoming environment for families and tourists, making it a "home away from home. " The café will also showcase locally made pottery, paintings, and textiles. Lease income from the café will directly support the Icicle Fund’s Community Grants Program, which provides over $1 million annually to nonprofits in North Central Washington.

Phil Lacey highlighted the commitment to ensuring that the income from the property benefits local organizations. The café’s opening aligns with a broader initiative to strengthen community ties and support local culture. Updates on the café’s progress can be followed on social media.
