Underground utility work to cause traffic delays along Littlerock Road in Tumwater

Puget Sound Energy will begin installing new underground power lines along Littlerock Road in Tumwater on May 8, with work expected to last until May 23. Daily operations will occur from 9 a. m. to 4 p. m.

, resulting in traffic delays. The City of Tumwater has announced that traffic control will include intermittent one-way traffic to manage the flow of vehicles. Flaggers will be present to help motorists navigate the work zone safely. Residents are encouraged to consider alternative routes due to the anticipated congestion. Scheduled road construction may be subject to changes due to weather conditions or equipment delays.
