Caron M. Eastman, 45, from Warren, Ohio, faces a malicious assault charge after allegedly cutting another woman with a knife during an altercation on Monday. Steubenville police arrested Mavin T. Campbell, 51, from Charleston, after he punched a nurse who was changing his bedding at his request. The police recovered a vehicle tied to a shots fired incident from the previous week, discovered parked in Wheeling.

In another incident, a man fled after causing damage to a vehicle on Eve Drive, with heavy front and driver-side damage reported. Authorities also addressed a neighbor dispute where one party claimed harassment involving a loose dog. Joseph Walenciej, 43, without a fixed address, was charged with assault and resisting arrest following a disturbance on South Fifth Street.
