Business Spotlight Spin Alley Bowling Vault 177 Where Community, Craft, and Classic Fun Come Together in Shoreline

Shoreline, WALocal News

Spin Alley Bowling & Vault 177 has been a beloved Shoreline institution since it first opened as Arden Lanes in 1960. Joe Montero purchased the bowling alley in 2019 and, after a significant remodel, reopened it in 2020 as a modern community hub. The facility features 16 state-of-the-art bowling lanes, arcade games, and a full-service restaurant that emphasizes scratch-made food and craft cocktails. Montero and his partner, both local natives, highlight their connection to the community, where they are actively raising families. They pride themselves on sourcing ingredients directly, ensuring high-quality offerings that stand out from traditional bowling alley options.

The venue serves as an all-ages entertainment center, making it a unique asset for Shoreline residents. With a commitment to local culture and community engagement, Spin Alley aims to be more than just a bowling alley. The venue's history and local ties enhance its significance as a gathering space for families and friends.
