This initiative combines permanent supportive housing with various onsite services, including workforce training and healthcare. The data reveals notable health improvements, with residents experiencing 33% shorter hospital stays and a 17% decrease in emergency room visits. Executive Shannon Braddock stated that having stable housing and support services fosters lasting change in individuals' lives. King County's ongoing investment in this program underscores its commitment to addressing homelessness.
