The camp, organized by student leaders from the Class of 2028, costs $25 and is designed to provide a fun and active morning for young participants. With a cap of 60 students, it is crucial for families to register by May 12 to secure a spot.

Registration can be completed online or through paper forms available at local elementary schools and the Shorecrest ASB window. Parents can reach out to Johanna Phillips via email at johanna. phillips@ssd412. org for more information. This initiative reflects a commitment to fostering community engagement and promoting physical activity among youth.

Additionally, the camp could serve as a valuable experience for high school students in leadership and coaching roles. Such programs contribute to building a strong sense of community and encouraging healthy habits from a young age.
