Founded by husband-and-wife team Vijay Chakravarthy and Hina Shahid in 2025, the café focuses on unique ice cream flavors and quality coffee. Its rotating menu includes standout flavors such as Honey Saffron, Creamy Cardamom Pistachio, and vegan options. The café's inventive food offerings, like the ice cream panini and gulab jamun sundae, cater to diverse tastes. “We designed it to spark joy and a sense of ease,” Hina stated, highlighting the café's welcoming atmosphere.

The café also features a line of lifestyle products designed in-house, extending its joyful aesthetic beyond food. Located in Lake Forest Park Town Center, Always Summer aims to evoke the warmth of summer all year long. This establishment is set to enhance local culture and community engagement through its unique offerings.
