Introduction to Memoir Writing Two-Day Workshop at Senior Activity Center May 13 and May 20, 2025

A two-day memoir writing workshop will take place at the Shoreline Lake Forest Park Senior Activity Center, led by marine mammal biologist and author Beth Ann Mathews. The event is set for May 13 and May 20, 2025, from 1:45 to 3:45 p. m. , and it is free of charge. Participants will receive writing prompts and resources designed to help them enhance their personal stories and explore themes of loss and love.

The workshop, organized by the Shoreline Library, aims to foster local talent and provide a supportive environment for aspiring writers. Free parking will be available for attendees at the venue. Registration can be completed online at 1. kcls. org/ShorelineMemoir.
