Walkabout with Cindy House at the Senior Activity Center

Every Thursday in May, seniors can join instructor Cindy House for a 2-mile walking class at the Shoreline Lake Forest Park Senior Activity Center from 11:00 a. m. to noon. This high-energy session combines music and Soft Strength training to elevate heart rates and foster a supportive environment. Members pay $4 per class, while nonmembers are charged $8.

The program not only promotes physical fitness but also offers opportunities for social interaction among participants. Registration is available by calling 206-365-1536 or visiting the center, making it accessible for local seniors.
