Northshore Senior Center Art Show celebrates creativity and community May 2, 2025

The Northshore Senior Center (NSC) is gearing up for its annual Fine Art Show, taking place on May 2-3, 2025, at its main campus in Bothell, Washington. This event has been a cherished tradition for over 40 years, showcasing the creative talents of local artists and fostering community engagement. Admission is free, allowing everyone to enjoy a variety of art displays, demonstrations, and a cheese and wine reception on Friday evening. Leading up to the main event, NSC will also host an Art Week from April 30 to May 7, offering workshops on hand-painted floral candles, abstract fluid art, and block printing for kids. NSC Board Member Vivek Singh highlights the significance of arts programming in celebrating the community's creative legacy.

The center, founded in 1972, serves approximately 5,000 people each year, providing a supportive environment for seniors and individuals with disabilities. In addition to arts programming, NSC offers various services that promote wellness and support for those living on fixed incomes.
