SAFe Rescue hosts kitten shower to support vulnerable felines during kitten season

SAFe Rescue is set to host a Kitten Shower on March 22, 2025, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at its facility in Shoreline, WA, to support vulnerable kittens during the kitten season. This event aims to collect both in-kind and monetary donations, ensuring that young kittens receive the necessary care they need. Attendees will have the chance to meet adorable kittens in a dedicated petting room and can participate in a naming station for future arrivals. A fun guessing game, “Guess the Number of Toys in the Incubator,” will also feature a prize for the closest guess. The Kitten Shower emphasizes community involvement by offering insights into fostering and volunteering opportunities.

Light refreshments will create a festive, family-friendly atmosphere. Additionally, those who cannot attend in person can still contribute through SAFe Rescue’s online Kitten Shower Donation Registry. This initiative not only aims to provide immediate support for kittens but also fosters a sense of community around animal welfare.
