Free Microsoft Word classes at Shoreline Library

Shoreline Library is excited to announce two free Microsoft Word classes aimed at adults who wish to improve their word processing skills. The first session, Microsoft Word Level 1, is set for February 24 from 10:30 AM to 12 PM, where participants will learn how to enter and format text, as well as manage files effectively. Basic mouse and keyboard proficiency is a prerequisite to ensure all attendees can fully engage with the content. Following this, Microsoft Word Level 2 will be held on March 3, from 10:30 AM to 12 PM, focusing on advanced features like document design and layout enhancements. This second class requires participants to have completed Level 1, ensuring a solid foundation before tackling more complex topics.

Both classes are designed to empower community members with essential skills for personal and professional development in a digital age. Registration is conveniently available online, making it easy for interested individuals to sign up. These workshops reflect the library’s commitment to fostering digital literacy and supporting lifelong learning in the Shoreline community.
