Shoreline, WALocal News

Starting Monday, October 27, Sound Transit’s contractor will initiate landscaping work under the guideway from 200th St to 205th St/SR 104. The landscaping will focus on mulching and hydroseeding, aimed at improving the aesthetic and environmental quality of the area. Work hours are scheduled from 9 PM to 5 AM, with contingency dates extending from October 29 to 31. To minimize disturbance, the contractor has obtained a Temporary Noise Variance. The project reflects Sound Transit’s commitment to enhancing local infrastructure and green spaces.

Changes in schedule may occur due to weather conditions or unforeseen challenges. Residents seeking additional details can reach out to Sound Transit’s customer service or after-hours hotline. This effort underscores the agency’s ongoing work to maintain and beautify transit areas.
