Three Shorecrest students, Lila Seda, Laila El Anany, and Holly Watkins, received $5,000 Dave Henderson Memorial Scholarships to advance their education after high school. The Toys for Kids Foundation, established by Trent and Nancy Henderson, awards these scholarships annually to 15 seniors across Washington State. Mariners announcer Rick Rizzs surprised the winners during a campus event, highlighting the community's support for local education.
