Shoreline, WALocal News

Sound Transit contractor crews will implement overnight closures for two northbound I-5 off-ramps in October 2025. The off-ramp to westbound SR 104 will close from 9 PM on October 9 until 5 AM on October 10. Following this, the off-ramp to NE 130th Street will close from 10 PM on October 10 until 5 AM on October 13. These closures support the ongoing Lynnwood Link Extension project, which is expected to enhance regional transit connectivity. The Pinehurst Station, which is part of this project, is scheduled to open in 2026.

Local commuters are advised to find alternate routes to avoid delays during the closures. This construction is crucial for improving public transit infrastructure in the region. Sound Transit emphasizes the importance of these updates for future transit options for residents.
