David Endicott, a respected figure in Seattle's music and political communities, passed away unexpectedly on May 29, 2025. He was a co-founder of Music4Life, a nonprofit that donates and repairs musical instruments for public schools, which has grown to include 15 chapters in the Puget Sound area. Endicott's leadership extended to Rotary, where he served as the first president of a virtual chapter that spurred Music4Life's inception. His prior experience included acting as press secretary for Senator Slade Gorton and serving on the Washington State Healthcare Advisory Board. Born in Viroqua, Wisconsin, Endicott was an active member of the Madison Scouts Alumni Marching Band and a proud Norwegian.

In tribute to his legacy, donations are encouraged to sustain Music4Life's mission of supporting public-school students in need of musical instruments. The nonprofit will continue its vital work, accepting both instrument donations and financial contributions. Endicott's impact on the community will be felt for years to come.
