Reading Buddies at the Shoreline Library

Reading Buddies at Shoreline Library provides a supportive environment for children to enhance their reading skills every Tuesday from 4-6 PM, starting September 9 until December 16. The program pairs students with volunteers based on their reading levels, ensuring personalized attention for each participant. It focuses on readers in grades K-8 and also includes English language learners in grades K-12, making it inclusive for diverse learning needs. The sessions occur in the Small Meeting Room at 345 NE 175th St, Shoreline, WA, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for young readers. Parents can add their names to a sign-up sheet at the library for 30-minute sessions tailored to their child's reading level.
