Kenmore welcomes new City Manager Teri Killgore

The City Council of Kenmore has appointed Teri Killgore as the new City Manager, effective September 8, 2025. Killgore, who has over 30 years of public service experience, previously held the position of Economic Development Director for Scottsdale, Arizona. Her leadership style is characterized by collaboration and a commitment to core values such as integrity, transparency, and inclusion. Raised in a family of police officers and teachers, she aims to leverage local government to enhance community quality of life. Killgore's prior roles include Downtown Redevelopment Manager in Chandler, Arizona, and Assistant City Manager in Vallejo and Walnut Creek, California.

Current Deputy City Manager Lucash will return to her previous role on the same day. The City Council invites community members to the September 8 meeting to formally welcome Killgore. This leadership change represents a significant opportunity for Kenmore to advance local governance and community engagement.
