Starting September 8, 2025, the Senior Activity Center will host a free lecture series designed for older adults facing unique financial challenges. The series includes three informative sessions: the first, "Master your Money," will cover budgeting and saving techniques to help seniors manage their finances effectively. On September 15, Wall Group Law will offer an estate planning workshop, addressing critical topics like power of attorney and probate avoidance. The final session on September 29 will focus on fraud recognition and prevention, led by experts from Seattle Credit Union. Each session aims to empower attendees with practical knowledge and confidence in their financial decisions.

Free parking is available near the venue, and registration can be done by contacting the Senior Center. This initiative reflects a growing recognition of the financial needs of the aging population. Overall, the series provides essential resources for seniors to enhance their financial literacy and security.
