The Shoreline Public Schools Foundation (SPSF) has been a vital partner in local education since 1992, enhancing academic experiences for students in Shoreline and Lake Forest Park. Executive Director Cindy Pridemore emphasizes the foundation's mission to provide resources that support educational success through classroom grants and program enhancements. The community's dedication to public education is reflected in the consistent passing of school levies and generous donations. This year, SPSF aims to raise an additional $125,000 to meet a literacy goal of 85% of 5th and 8th graders reading at grade level by spring 2029. The Fall Campaign, running from September 1 to November 1, encourages donations that directly benefit teachers and student activities.

Pridemore expresses pride in the community's support, which inspires the foundation's efforts daily. The foundation continues to adapt its initiatives to address educational needs and enhance student engagement. By fostering collaboration among parents, educators, and community leaders, SPSF ensures that students have the necessary tools to thrive in their academic pursuits.
