Antique Radio Swap Meet and Experience

The Puget Sound Antique Radio Association will host its 52nd Anniversary Antique Radio Swap Meet on August 17 from 9 a. m. to 1 p. m. at Shoreline College in Shoreline, Washington.

This event attracts vintage radio enthusiasts, collectors, and the public, providing an opportunity to buy, sell, and learn about antique radios. A free radio troubleshooting and evaluation booth will assist attendees in determining the value and repair needs of their vintage radios. Throughout the day, demonstrations will include a Sterling Steam Engine and talks on radio collecting safety and vintage calculators. Sellers can enter the event starting at 7 a. m.

for a fee of $20, while public admission remains free. The swap meet aims to celebrate and preserve radio history, fostering community engagement among enthusiasts. Handicap parking is available, ensuring accessibility for all attendees. This family-friendly event highlights the growing interest in vintage electronics and aims to increase membership in the PSARA.
