On August 8, 2025, the Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Senior Activity Center will host free medical appointments for seniors from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. POCAAN's Senior Mobile Medical Outreach van will provide a range of services, including wellness assessments, heart health screenings, and social services like case management and housing assistance. The program is available to anyone aged 55 and older residing in King County. Translation services will be provided in over 100 languages to ensure accessibility for all participants. Individuals are advised to register ahead of time by calling the center, as space is limited.

The initiative aims to enhance health awareness and support among seniors in the community. With no billing to insurance, this program presents a valuable resource for those in need. This outreach reflects a growing commitment to addressing the health and social service needs of older adults.
