King County Elections has mailed nearly 1. 4 million ballots for the August 5, 2025 Primary Election, with an expected turnout of 35%. Voters will also receive pamphlets containing candidate statements and information about measures in their mail this week. If ballots are not received by July 21, voters should contact King County Elections at 206-296-VOTE for assistance. The deadline for online voter registration is July 28, but voters can still register and vote at any Vote Center location until 8 PM on Election Day. King County Elections emphasizes the importance of ballot tracking, allowing voters to receive notifications about their ballot status from mailing through verification. This election marks a crucial moment for voters in King County, as it shapes local governance for the upcoming term. Engaging in the voting process is vital for residents to ensure their voices are heard in the democratic process.
