Celebrating the Seattle Metro Classic Pickleball Tournament here in Shoreline

Shoreview Park in Shoreline is hosting a 6-day pickleball tournament featuring 18 courts and cash prizes for various divisions, ranging from 3. 0 to 4. 5 skill levels. The tournament, which runs until July 20, 2025, has attracted 875 registered players, marking a significant event in the local sports calendar. On July 17th, participants can look forward to the Border Battle between Washington and Oregon, featuring top professional players.

In addition to the competitive matches, attendees can join Open Pickleball sessions taught by tournament staff. An After-Hours celebration at Vault 177 will further enhance the tournament experience. Despite high temperatures, dedicated players filled the courts on July 15th, setting the stage for an energetic atmosphere. The tournament signifies the increasing popularity of pickleball, especially among various age groups. As the event unfolds, it continues to foster community engagement and promote active lifestyles.
