"United, we stand - Divided, we fall."

Shoreline, WALocal News

Shoreline residents will gather this Sunday to protest against government actions, including deportations by ICE and military presence in cities. The weekly "Social Justice Sundays" events, organized by Everyday Activists, take place at the intersection of Aurora Ave N and N 205th St from 1-2 PM throughout July. Attendees are encouraged to bring signs and donate shelf-stable food and toiletries for Hopelink, a local charity. The theme for this month's events is "United, we stand. Divided, we fall," emphasizing solidarity in the face of adversity.

A special national day of action, "Good Trouble Lives On," is scheduled for July 17, 2025, at Shoreline's Park at Town Center from 4:30-6 PM. Activists aim to raise awareness about issues like military presence in urban areas and the national debt burdening future generations. The events reflect growing concerns about constitutional protections and social justice. More information regarding the march can be accessed at mobilize. us.
