Craig Overfield, a paramedic with the Shoreline Fire department, retired after 30 years of exemplary service, having begun his career as a volunteer in 1989. Overfield held multiple positions during his tenure, including aid car operator and acting Lieutenant, showcasing his adaptability and commitment. He earned his Paramedic certification from Harborview’s Class 33 and provided care to countless patients over nearly two decades. Colleagues and community members honored him for his clinical skill, leadership, and ability to inject humor into challenging situations. His retirement is particularly significant as it marks the end of an era for the Shoreline community, which has greatly benefited from his dedication and compassion.
