The 3rd of July Family Celebration in Mountlake Terrace is set for July 3, 2025, beginning at 6:00 PM. Festivities will include pie-eating contests, field games, and a lineup of food trucks like Yummy Box and Where Ya At Matt? A professional fireworks display over Lake Ballinger will highlight the event around 10:00 PM, following city regulations prohibiting personal fireworks. Spectators will view the fireworks from the hillside near the Mickey Corso Community Clubhouse. Due to anticipated high attendance, attendees are advised to arrive early and consider weather conditions, bringing chairs or blankets for seating.

Limited parking will be available for guests with disabilities, while others are encouraged to walk, bike, or use rideshare services. Free parking options include the Mountlake Terrace Transit Center, and bus service is available via Community Transit route 130. This community event continues to foster local engagement and celebration of the holiday.
