Junk in the Trunk Community Garage Sale in Marysville

Marysville, WALocal News

Marysville is hosting its popular "Junk in the Trunk" community garage sale on Saturday, July 12, from 9 a. m. to 1 p. m. The event will take place in the parking lot of the Marysville Community Center, featuring as many as 65 vendors selling a diverse array of second-hand and vintage items, including toys, clothing, collectibles, and furniture.

Shoppers are invited to browse for free but should bring cash to take advantage of the unique finds. City officials have issued a warning to vendors about scammers who mislead them into using online payment systems like PayPal and Venmo, which the city does not endorse. Vendors will have the equivalent of two parking spaces to set up their items, emphasizing the need for a clear layout to avoid confusion. The sale is pet-free, ensuring a comfortable environment for all attendees. Interested vendors for the 2024 event can reach out to the city directly for registration details.

Registration will close at 10 a. m. on the Friday before the event, with no refunds offered.
