Marysville's "Merrysville for the Holidays" weekend is set for December 6-7, featuring an array of festive activities that encourage community participation. The holiday market at Comeford Park will host craft and food vendors, live music, and free photo booths with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The electric lights parade will commence at 6:30 p. m.

Sunday will kick off with a charity basketball tournament at Marysville Pilchuck High School, benefiting Seattle Children’s Hospital and Toys for Tots. Families can also engage in a cookie walk, collecting cookies from local businesses along 3rd Street. State Avenue will experience traffic disruptions due to the parade, with closures beginning at 5 p. m.
