Marysville unveils a spooktacular street of treats Oct. 24

The City of Marysville invites families to join Trick or Treat Down Delta on October 24, a free event designed to celebrate Halloween with costumes, candy, and community spirit. Scheduled from 2 to 4 p. m. at 501 Delta Ave. , the event will feature over 30 treat stations operated by city staff, police officers, firefighters, and local organizations.

Attendees can enjoy haunted displays and ghostly sights while collecting treats. A highlight of this year's festivities includes a performance of “Thriller” by performers from MPAC dance studio, starting at 2:15 p. m. in the Delta Avenue Plaza. The event is made possible by generous contributions from local businesses, including AT&T and Renewal by Anderson.

Families are encouraged to participate, but pets should be left at home to ensure a safe environment. For more information, residents can visit the city’s website or call the Parks, Culture and Recreation Office. This initiative reflects the city's commitment to fostering community connections during the holiday season.
