Marysville unveils a spooktacular street of treats Oct. 24

Marysville will host Trick or Treat Down Delta on October 24, providing a free event for families from 2 to 4 p. m. at 501 Delta Ave. Participants can visit over 30 treat stations while enjoying haunted displays and ghostly sights. City staff, police officers, and firefighters will be on hand to engage with the community.

New this year, performers from MPAC dance studio will kick off the festivities with a “Thriller” performance at 2:15 p. m. in front of the Marysville Civic Center. The event aims to foster community spirit and is made possible by local sponsors, including AT&T and Chiro One Wellness Centers. Families are encouraged to leave pets at home for safety.

For more information, residents can visit the city’s website or call the Parks, Culture, and Recreation Office. The city also opened applications for Community Development Block Grant funds to support projects serving low- and moderate-income residents, with a deadline of November 28.
