Marysville residents sought to serve on Salary Commission

The City of Marysville is seeking residents to fill two vacancies on its Salary Commission, which evaluates the compensation of elected officials. The positions include a two-year term ending in July 2027 and a three-year term concluding in June 2028. The commission, composed of seven members, meets yearly to review and recommend changes to salaries for the Mayor and City Councilmembers. Applicants must live within the city limits and successfully pass a criminal background check. Those interested must submit a letter of interest and resume to Human Resources Manager Teri Lester by July 11.
