Final paving set for 67th Avenue NE improvement project

The City of Marysville announces final paving for 67th Avenue NE, set for September 2 to 4, with work occurring daily from 7 a. m. to 8 p. m. The project involves paving all intersections on the west side and the entire southbound lane between Grove and 88th Streets, while maintaining one lane open in each direction.

Cedar Homes will experience limited access during peak hours, with closures from 11 a. m. to 1 p. m. on September 2 and 10:30 a.

m. to 12:30 p. m. on September 3. Meanwhile, one entrance at Cedars of 67th will remain open throughout the project.

This paving follows earlier ADA ramp replacements, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards. Residents should prepare for minor delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes. Pedestrian access will remain open, ensuring safety for foot traffic during construction.
