67th Avenue NE roadwork starts Aug. 12

Marysville, WALocal News

Construction on 67th Avenue NE, managed by Bayshore Construction, will commence on August 12, focusing on upgrading pedestrian ADA ramps and resurfacing the roadway. The first phase will involve a full closure of the southbound lane, although one lane will remain open in each direction to facilitate local traffic. Residents from neighborhoods on the west side will have continued access during the work. Mid-September will see the northbound lane closed for further ramp construction and pavement repairs. Paving activities are expected to take place in the first week of October, requiring 2-3 days for completion.

No nighttime work is scheduled, minimizing disruption to local residents. The project aims to enhance accessibility for pedestrians and improve overall roadway conditions. Completion is targeted for late October, ensuring safer travel for all users.
