67th Avenue NE roadwork starts Aug. 12

Marysville, WALocal News

Construction on 67th Avenue NE in Marysville begins August 12, aiming to enhance accessibility and roadway quality. Bayshore Construction will replace ADA ramps and undertake pavement repairs, impacting the southbound lane initially. A single lane will remain open for traffic in both directions, ensuring pedestrian access throughout. In mid-September, the focus will shift to grinding in the center and northbound lanes, alongside ADA ramp work at 88th Street NE. Paving operations are planned for the first week of October, anticipated to last 2-3 days without night work.

This project addresses critical infrastructure needs and aims to improve safety for pedestrians and vehicles alike. Residents should anticipate delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes during construction. Completion is expected by late October, marking a significant upgrade for the community.
